The Strandaalwyn, as it is called in Afrikaans is a stunning looking Aloe with broad triangular leaves and yellow teeth along the margins. It crawls on the rocks, and on its stems sprout offsets making clumps of several dozens of heads.
Typical single inflorescence with a lon peduncle topped by a capitate raceme and orange-red tubular flowers.
